Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, sent from the email address your account uses, so we know the request is yours. We confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 15 working days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email, password hash and profile details are removed from the live database right away.
• For instructors, the classes you own are deleted with their rosters, scores, attendance and remarks. Export anything you want to keep first.
• Encrypted backups purge deleted records within 14 days.
• Payment records are kept only as long as Philippine tax rules require, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Students and guardians

Deleting a student or guardian account removes your login and every link between your account and class records. Grades and attendance in an instructor's roster are the instructor's class records and stay with the class; deleting your account stops them from being shared with you, but does not erase the class record itself. To correct or remove roster data, ask the class instructor, or email us and we will pass the request on.

If you only want to leave a class

You do not need to delete your account to leave one class or remove one link. Students and guardians can ask the class instructor to unlink them at any time, and instructors can archive a finished class instead of deleting anything.
